Energy Saving

It's been more than a year since we started using this machine. It works great, but the only issue is with its upper side latch. I called the Dawlance helpline, they registered my complaint, gave me a complaint number, and informed me that someone would contact me tomorrow. Dawlance customer support is very friendly and helpful. I hope they will resolve/replace this latch problem/part soon.
